Frequently Asked Questions – Coronavirus (COVID-19)
The Shop is open from 9.30am till 5.30pm Monday to Friday. On Saturday the Shop will be open 9.30am till 4pm.
Unfortunately, the shop is closed on Sundays and no late night Thursdays at the moment.
- Everyone in the store must maintain social distancing at all times, that means staying 2 metres apart from other people. Please respect this as being compulsory in-store.
Should you wish to handle any airguns, air pistols, firearms or shotguns then you will need to hand sanitise your hands prior these are available in-store at the shop counter before doing so.
Enfield Sports staff will regularly be hand sanitising hands and cleaning areas of usage during the day.
Enfield Sports strongly ask that all customers to use their common sense to ensure the health and well-being of themselves, other customers in the store and Enfield Sports staff.
Unfortunately no late night Thursday or Sunday Openings at this time.
Gun Repairs – Gunsmithing – My gun is faulty can I bring to you to look at?
Unfortunately, not at the moment we can’t accept any gun repairs due to unforseen circumstances. We are looking into this area of the business to ensure we don’t let our customers down. So at present time we are not accepting any repairs. Hope you understand our reasons.
I need my air bottle filled?
Yes, we can still fill your bottle you must contact us first sales(AT)enfieldsports(DOT)com let us know what size. We will arrange a suitable time for you to collect. Please note we don’t fill bottles on the same day its when we can as our compressor takes hours to fill larger bottles. Your bottle will be ready for collection. You can pay cash upon collection 3 litre (£5), 5 litre (£6) 7 litre (£8) to refill your bottle NOT SAME DAY you will have to leave with us and collect when its ready.
