RETURNS – REFUNDS POLICY – IN-STORE

Returns are only accepted after 14 days. You must product proof of purchase such as a receipt to staff. If item/s are found to be faulty and confirmed by staff/gunsmith we reserve the right to repair/fix. Item/s such as guns are mechanical technical engineered products and often it’s a simple quick fix such as mark on an O Ring not sealing. Same principal as if you were buying a new car, washing machine etc they are mechanical products. Guns need a period of time to “bed in” and also finding a suitable pellet for accuracy. Each gun is completely unique no gun is the same each barrel is completely different. Optics/Scopes/Mounts product returns the likelihood of a scope not zeroing is 0.001%. You need to “Pack” your scope mounts if you cannot move crosshairs to zero. Spring airguns need the mounts checked regularly as they become loose. Do not over tighten mounts on optics.

Faulty Goods If the returned faulty item/s are found to be in good working order and not faulty by our staff and gunsmith we will offer a store credit note/refund to the value of goods minus 25%. Example – if your original amount is £100 we will give you £75 store credit/refund. If item/s are missing parts, scuffed, packaging damaged and not in same condition as sold we will offer a store credit note to the value of goods minus 25%-50%. This is depending on what’s missing and how badly damaged/marked/missing parts as the new goods are now in used condition and we have to sell on as used stock. We reserve the right to refuse any return item/s if they are returned in poor condition and misused, missing parts etc

Unwanted/Exchange of Non Faulty Goods – Please note we don’t have to accept returns on non-faulty items. We will offer a store credit to amount that was originally paid this is at discretion of Shop Manager. We will accept non-faulty goods but only within 7 days. Non faulty item/s are un-used and in same condition. If item/s were ordered in especially we will offer store credit less 25%.

We will ONLY refund the payment method used originally so if you paid card we will only refund to the card used.

Please note we will NOT refund any travelling costs or costs due to time of work.

Please note you have your statutory rights and also Consumer Credit Act Section 75 if paying by credit card.
